WE HATE FAQ SECTION!

  There's never been an FAQ section that wasn't a waist of my time and I wont do that to you guys.

  I give tech support to several online communities in forums around the world. We are open 10:00am-6:00pm MST Tuesday-Saturday and we are up to the minute on our emails. If you can't catch us on a forum you can expect and email response within the hour of our regular business day.   I don't like when companies think they are too big to deal directly with their customers. I wont pawn you off on a vague FAQ section when your questions probably wont be the same as the next guy... or girl!
